      Since entering private practice in 1975, Mr. Bernstein has successfully represented INDIVIDUALS and BUSINESSES, including banks, mortgage companies, title insurance companies, non profit organizations, and property owners. He serves as a mediator, case evaluator, and a hearing panelist for the State of Michigan  - Attorney Discipline Board. Active in the community, Mr. Bernstein is a retired high school and college basketball official, and currently participates in various volunteer actvities. He is an adjunct professor of law, and has been a guest lecturer at many universities throughout the country.
